Refund policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 60 days of the purchased date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and returned the same form as the original payment.

Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

In case following conditions are not met Ignians Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 60 days of original  purchase

- items and packaging must be received in new condition

- the original manufacture's packing must not be damaged

- packaging must include all original items

- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

- return package must include copy the original invoice or sales receipt

Before returning package you need to contact Ignians Inc to receive a Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use e-mail Support@ignians.com with the "Subject Line: Return Authorization Number Request" .

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid,  insured, traceable method to the address below.

Cancellations 

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped.  If the item you want to cancel has be shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Yet, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
